All our stalls are 10ft x10ft. We use bagged shavings and lime the wet areas of the stall to keep odor away. Every stall has a halter hook and stall card. Indoor arena is 60ft x120ft with washed sand, dust control and plenty of light. There is great cross ventilation in the barn. Eves lighting and windows create lots of light throughout. Our heated tack room has saddle racks, bridle hooks and storage units. The heated lounge has a viewing window into the arena and also has a bathroom. Grain room has storage bins for feed.
About the Barn
Our paddock outside has a 15ft x 45ft shelter and an automatic waterer. All of our fencing is electrobraid--safe,flexible and forgiving. We have a 40ft round pen and a 90ft x 152ft outdoor arena with washed sand. We also have 9 acres of alfalfa/grass that we keep just for hay. There is approximately 10 acres that boasts a running creek, wooded trails, and scenic views.
